There are plenty of drug-free solutions to tackle eczema. The best first step is to try and work out what's causing the eczema in the first place, or what's making it worse--and then try to address it.

OMEGA-3s
Famous for their anti-inflammatory effects, these essential fatty acids--naturally found in fish oil and certain fish--are showing promise as a treatment for eczema.
Hemp seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and flax are also good options in your Blast.

ZINC
People with chronic eczema seem to be low in zinc, so including zinc-rich foods may be worth a try. One study found that those with eczema had lower hair zinc levels than those without the condition.
Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cooked lentils, cashews, can cooked quinoa would be nice Blast ingredients.

VITAMIN B12 CREAM
Applying this vitamin directly to the skin appears to reduce the severity of eczema in sufferers of all ages.
