Are there any multivitamins that would help me?

I cannot answer this without knowing what types of foods you typically eat and what nutrients you might be lacking. Of course we recommend nutritious foods first. The best approach would be to keep a 5-7 day food diary and have a personal dietitian review it. He or she can help you find which supplements might be most appropriate for you.
