You are correct, Blasting is a great way to get in some good vitamins and minerals and phytonutrients!!
In order to get a variety, you should switch up your recipe every now and then so you know you are getting different nutrients that your body needs. Maybe choose 2-3 recipes each week and rotate them for a couple weeks then choose others for the next few weeks.
If using as a meal replacement be sure to add in some protein and healthy fats along with the fiber to make it a complete, balanced meal. You also want to be sure they have enough calories to help you meet your daily caloric needs!
