If you are not used to consuming a lot of fiber-rich foods then yes it can. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water in addition to Blasts and other fiber-rich foods to help push it through. In addition, you may wish to start off a bit slower so that your body has time to adjust. Increase fiber slowly until you reach about 25-30g per day!
Insoluble fiber helps to form bulk to ease constipation (however can backfire if you consume too much without water).
Foods high in insoluble fiber include wheat bran, whole grains, cereals, seeds, and the skins of many fruits and vegetables.
