Can I use broccoli if I am just starting?

Most new Blasters are intimidated by this cruciferous nutrition powerhouse, but if you're not, yes, toss it in :)
It does give a more veggie taste to your Blast so if you need you can mask it with sweeter fruits like banana or mango or even pineapple. Also, cinnamon adds a nice sweet flavor without any added sugar.
