I suffer with severe leg cramps especially at night, is there anything I can do to relieve them?

In some cases magnesium can help with this. Try including higher magnesium foods in your diet like dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans, whole grains, avocados, greek yogurt, bananas, dried fruit and cacao powder. I would also suggest focusing on additional electrolytes like sodium, potassium and chloride as an imbalance in these can cause cramping. How about some type of a Nutrublast recipe, I bought the Nutribullet as per the TV ad and what it is supposed to be able to do, and the poor woman that was on there in tears saying The Nutribullet saved her life from some kind of pain ... So SHOW me the RECIPES, also... where are they here ?
