Will you help to clarify the serving sizes?

I am confused about the serving sizes now. The book says "1 serving = 2 Tbsp", but a few answers I've seen say berries are 3/4 a cup...oil is 1/32 a Tbsp. So if I am building my own blast....or experimenting to design my own blast. How do i know of how much of what stuff to mix then??

Great question, sorry for the confusion.
For the Quiz ONLY...one serving = 2 Tbsp. This is simply to ensure you are adding in the colors you need. Remember, this is a minimum so add more if you'd like and it fits into the cup.

When building a Blast on your own, then you can use the servings sizes we most often use from the USDA. 1 cup leafy greens, 1/2 cup fruit or 3/4-1 cup berries, 1/2 cup or more of veggies, etc.
I guess that's a good enough answer. It's still a little vague to me though.
Thank you for your response Krista! It was very helpful! :)
