Do you drink the Blasts along with your daily food intake or do you substitute?

It depends on your caloric needs, your level of activity and your nutrition goals. Most people are successful when they replace 1 meal per day with a Blast. I have hashimotos disease and some of the greens listed are not good for that, can I substitute any greens for lets say spinach or kale
