Do you have any suggestions to lower cholesterol and help lose weight?

I would like to become a 20 lbs lighter and lower my cholesterol I got my machine 2 days ago and would like some suggestions on which shakes is best for lower cholesterol and weight lose I am new at this. How many shakes should I do a day and what shakes is best for my needs?

For cholesterol:
Almost anything you put in a NutriBlast will benefit you. These foods are filled with fiber and antioxidants...two important components to help reduce cholesterol. Outside of NutriBlasting, I'd recommend eating more plant-based foods and fewer processed carbs. With continuous NutriBlasting...over time, you will more than likely see your numbers drop!

my cholesterol was extremely high, i am allergic to the three medications for cholesterol on the market. Two weeks ago, my doctor told me my cholesterol level is excellent. What i did was, quit smoking 3 years ago. I eat lot of vegetables and fruits, instead of having chips etc, i eat an apple with peanut butter. I make my smoothies every morning except Saturdays and Sundays. I have bacon and egg. I have to give myself a break.
I forgot to add I don t eat junk food anymore, I make my own salsa and everything else. I stop buying fruit, soup, anything that is in a can.
