I've tried this and I agree, it tastes amazing! Be sure to get the unsweetened version to cut back on added sugars. It's low in calories, but also unfortunately low in protein. The Silk version does contain a good amount of calcium, vitamin D, and B vitamins. You could also make your own using about one cup raw cashews to 3 cups water. Add in a touch of vanilla, a dash of salt, and either some pitted dates or a touch of maple syrup if you wanted it a bit sweeter. Yum!
