Dietitian's Answer

Unfortunately, we can't make recommendations for specific medical ailments. This is something that would be better answered by her physician.

I have begun this week with the anti-inflammatory smoothie. 1/2 cup of kale, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of cherries without the pits(frozen), coconut water or 1/2 cup coconut with water to fill up to line of nutribulletrx line at the end of the smoothie, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, chunk of fresh ginger root, 1/2 cup of ice to taste better....we will see how it helps in two weeks. Mine is all over like bee stinging...i cry. Hope your wife feels better.
this may be diabetic. watch all sugars. they are going to put me on prescription lyrica. OH.....I am on 5 of 1,300 evening primrose oil 3 times per day, and IT HELPS. It really does help. tramadol did not help at all. Be sure and take vitamin D 3 if she is not getting 15 minutes of sun daily to metabolize everything. there are five more things. I have just begun researching. Please investigate diabetic neuropathy. Natural foods contain sugar also. Check her glucose levels with a glucose kit is my suggestion.
EMPHASIZE: 5 of 1,300 evening primrose oil 3 times per day! Queen Victoria took a draught every evening. It does make my ears ring but it takes away the pain.
