Any suggestions for Nutriblast to aid in sleep

There are several in the Natural Healing Foods book by NB. My favoite is "Sleepy Pie." 1/4c oats or cookd oatmeal, 3 dates, 12 (or small handful) cashews, 1 tsp cinnamon, T pumpkin seeds, almond milk. It was also effective at relieving indigestion.
