Can one overdo it on superfood powders?

With powders like maca, mesquite, camu camu, hemp, cacao, and more, how many do you add to one Blast? Is it harmful if you add too many?

Yes, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing! For most superfoods, we suggest about 1 Tbsp each, however certain ones such as maca are a bit more powerful and should be included in a smaller amount (maybe 1/2 tsp) and then increased to 1 Tbsp as you feel appropriate.
It is important to keep variety in your diet so I'd suggest adding 1-3 per Blast and then rotate different combinations throughout the week.
