How do I lower my blood urea nitrogen and my bun/creatinine ratio?

Dietitian's Answer

There could be several causes for a high BUN or bun/creatinine ratio. I would suggest going back to your Dr. to pinpoint the underlying cause.
Certain things that may be contributing are dehydration, high protein diets, or certain medical conditions that affect the kidneys.
