What Blasts can be made if one is allergic to fruit?

My friend who is struggling with her weight is interested in blasting but is allergic to fruit. Most would agree that adding fruit makes the blasts delicious and masks the flavor of greens. What kind of advice would you give? Thanks!

I would agree, adding in fruit makes it a bit tastier! However, there are some veggies that lend a slight sweetness - carrots are beets are two examples.
In addition, she can add in some natural sweeteners like raw honey, maple syrup, or a drop of liquid vanilla stevia.
