Can I use powdered ginger instead of fingers?

Yes you can! When using powdered, remember it is more concentrated so you will want to use less. I'd try about 1/3 of the amount you'd use fresh - so if you are using 1/2 Tbsp fresh, then you'd use about 1/8 tsp dried. I'd try about 1/4 tsp at first in a Blast.

I have been using gingers juice, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.
