Pineapple Ice Cream in the Rx:
Frozen Pineapple chunks (fill 1/2 Rx Colossal Cup)
1/3 Vanilla Bean (or you may use vanilla extract)
Almond milk (about 1 cup)
Coconut Water (add until the mixture completely blends thru, but don’t add too much or it will become too thin).
The goal is get a sorbet type of consistency. It works REALLY good with frozen Mango added and a slice of ginger added. Like INSANE. :)
