Pineapple Ice Cream in the Rx: If you don't have the Rx then simply cut the recipe in half.
Frozen Pineapple chunks (fill 1/2 Rx Colossal Cup)
1/3 Vanilla Bean
Almond milk (1 cup)
Coconut Water (add until the mixture completely blends thru, but don’t add too much or it will become a NutriBlast).
The goal is get a sorbet type of consistency. It works REALLY good with frozen Mango added and a slice of ginger added.
