Yes, coconut water is the liquid you find inside the coconut, it is mostly natural sugar and electrolytes and is lower in calories. This is a great addition as the liquid to just about any Blast. There are two different types of coconut milk on the market. You can get the coconut milk in a carton which is typically about 90 calories per serving and is a watered down version of the canned coconut milk. It will provide less fat and calories than the canned version and is a great addition to just about any Blast. Canned coconut milk typically is higher in fat (healthy fat) and higher in calories. I would not suggest using this in a Blast as your primary liquid as it would be too thick.
