Why is everything I make so grainy?

Whatever I make is so grainy....would like it much smoother...hard to drink stuff like that...

This will depend on the ingredients you are using. Foods such as apple, grains, powders, pears, and pineapple leave some grainier textures.
Try using avocado, banana, or cashews as these lend a much smoother consistency.
