I am allergic to bananas, kiwi, and avocado. What can I use in place of them?

For a creamy texture, you can try un-roasted cashews or frozen mango.
Bananas contain vitamin B6 and vitamin C and are a good source of potassium and fiber. Some good substitutions could be cooked sweet potato or sunflower seeds, and then maybe toss in some of the mango to give it a touch of sweetness and creaminess.
