Are there foods I can it to reverse or prevent skin pigmentation?

Developed dime size pigmentation on both cheeks and noticing more small spots coming up around them. Making me very depressed and unsocial. I am south Indian women of 50yrs.

Foods with vitamins E and B can help prevent skin pigmentation. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the damages caused by the sun that often results in pigmentation.
