How do I know if I'm getting enough nutrients?

There are several tools that are available to help you track your daily nutritional intake.
If you have a smart phone, you can download the LoseIt! app which help you log your meals and snack and gives you an estimate of your intake as it compares to what is recommended.
You can also look at the US Dietary Guidelines and keep track yourself.
