Are the quantities in the recipes supposed to be drunk entirely at one time?

After preparing a recipe in the tall cup, is the full cup of Nutriblast supposed to be drunk all at the same time in order to receive the maximum nutritional benefits of the recipe? A lot of the recipes say that they should be prepared in the tall cup, but that seems like a lot of liquid to consume all at one time. Is it advised to drink the entire quantity at one time to receive the most benefits?

Dietitian's Answer

Each recipe is for one full serving, however you don't need to drink the whole thing if it's too much. Most people drink a whole cup as a meal replacement. Others cut the recipe in half for a snack or they make the whole recipe and save half to finish later. You can seal the Bast using the cap and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Follow your hunger and fullness cues - don't stuff yourself. The most important thing is that you are getting in some nutritious foods :)
