What can help with a slow thyroid?

I'm experiencing hair loss, I'm cold most of the time, and have dry hair and skin

I'd suggest some foods with healthy fats to help moisturize the skin - avocado, cold-pressed coconut oil, almonds (and other nuts and nut butters), seeds (hemp, chia, pumpkin, etc.) and fatty fish.
