What should my time schedule be for the six week transformation plan?

Hi there I'm New to the nutri bullet I was wondering what should my time schedule be for the 6 week transformation plan ?

The weeks are laid out for you in the book. Weeks one and two you will have a Blast in the morning and then Phase 2 will add in another Blast at lunch. It is up to you when you decide to have these Blasts and meals. We recommend waiting no more than 2 hours after waking to have your first meal. Then space out your meals 3-5 hours apart.
