Can sugar be a part of a healthy diet?
I am very worried about the article written "Is sugar like Cocaine?" by Wally Bishop, in NutriLiving. I have always eaten desserts and sugar with coffee and juices in a moderated way, But, since I missed about 20 pounds in 12 months, one year ago, maybe because a problem in my mouth, I have increased the amount of sugar with my meals. I am 68 years old. I do abdominals for 40 minutes, 3 times a week. I step up 30 floors, 3 times a week. I play tennis. I feel fine and my Doctor say I am fine. But all my family and my friends say that I am too skinny ( apron. 1.76 mts. and 62 Kgrs)
