How do you Blast with fennel?

When you use fennel do you use the whole thing or just the bulb?

It's all edible, but the white part of the bulb and the ferny tops are the easiest to use. I'd suggest starting off with just a small amount - maybe 1-2 Tbsp to see how the flavor is - for me, it has a strong licorice flavor. However, you may really like that!
