How do I prepare my Blast to take with me to work?

Any tips on filling my cup at home and blasting when I get to work? Should water be added before or do I wait until I blast? In the video about the office she put everything even the water in the cup. Will that make the fruits and veggies mushy?

While it won't hurt to add the water beforehand, I'd suggest waiting til just before you Blast. No point in carrying the extra weight. Nutrients won't be lost, but the texture may be a bit different. If you are using nuts or seeds, sometimes people like to presoak them to make easier to digest, but this is not required.
