Can I modify portion size in the 6 week transformation plan?
I have started the 6 week transformation plan today (yay!) however I found the portion size for lunch was way too big for me and I struggled to get half way through it. Is it detrimental to the plan to edit the lunch and dinner portion size to suit what I can actually physically eat? I'm in the UK and I find 2 cups of raw veg plus another 1.5 cups too much for my stomach to handle. I've spent a lot of money on supplies so won't be giving up on the plan!
