To answer your Question, which I'm assuming you mean the difference between a cleanse and a detox...
These terms are often used interchangeably, however there is a difference.
When we talk about cleansing we refer to ridding our diets from any toxin-forming foods and eating clean foods that nourish our bodies. By doing this, we are assisting the body's natural detoxification process. For a detox, the body requires certain nutrients in order for the detox pathway to function properly. Certain "toxins" include metabolic end products, micro-organisms, contaminant/pollutants, insecticides, pesticides, food additives, drugs, alcohol among others. Marketing has played up detoxes and some out there are hokey, however our main goal for the NutriBullet cleanse is to remove foods and products with these chemicals/toxins and provide clean foods (not ingesting any more toxins that burden the body), assist the body's natural detox process, then nourish the clean body with abundant nutrients!
Hope that helps!
