What else could I use in place of coconut?

I'm allergic to coconut.

Try using avocado, nuts, nut butters and seeds for some healthy fats! In place of coconut water or coconut milk, try another non-dairy alternative like almond milk, hemp milk, cashew milk, etc. Or you can always go with the ole standby, water. :)
