What would be a good substitute for bananas and avocados?

I'm allergic to both.

Some great alternatives could be pear, mango, chia seeds, papaya, nut butters, fresh dates and unsweetened applesauce. Cooked sweet potato and sunflower seeds also offer up some of the same nutrients.
