How would you incorporate ginger, turmeric, garlic and cayenne pepper into a smoothie?

I would like to take all four spices daily, however these spices are so strong, not sure I would,be able to drink them together.

Maybe you could make an all veggie Blast with these and then heat it up to make a soup! The Rx would be great for that.
You could also use turmeric and ginger and a dash of cayenne in a standard Blast (you just need a tiny bit for the benefits!). I'd save the garlic for your whole food meals. It's just so powerful when raw.

Add honey and it will make a lot of difference. I also add black pepper and cinnamon and make a paste and add about two Tablespoons of milk, or a liquid of your choice and drink quickly. I use the garlic with other veggies and tomato juice.
