I have been blasting for about 6 weeks at breakfast and lunch. Is it all right to change up my breakfast and eat eggs or oatmeal?

I've been blasting for about 6 weeks breakfast and lunch. At lunch i also have a salad with veggies and grains. Is it alright to occasional have a breakfast of eggs and/or oatmeal?

It is always a great idea to switch up your food selections. This gives your diet a variety of nutrients. When you switch up foods, your metabolism also changes in how it digests and metabolize your foods. More importantly, individuals who changes up their foods are less likely to get bored and more likely to stay on target with their plan!
