Will this recipe help with weight loss?
I have been using the butribullet for about 6 months regularly and wondering if I should change up my recipe. Every morning I mix 1 Beet, Kale, 5 baby carrots, 1/2 inch piece of ginger, celery, 1 scoop of whey protein and just recently added 1 clove of garlic. I workout 4-5 times a week really hard but am not seeing any fat loss (not concerned with weight loss as much as fat) especially in my stomach area. Is this recipe not good for my goal?
