How much is too much to add to the NutriBullet?

I make up greens fruits, and a lot of seeds etc. I see in the recipe books, is it Ok to just add all to the NutriBullet?

We suggest half of your cup be filled with leafy greens, the other half fruits and veggies (fresh or frozen) and then up to 1/4 cup of boost - things like protein powders, superfoods, nuts, and seeds.
