The best way to go about this is to think of the benefit that each one provides. Then choose one of each and rotate them through the week.
So, for example choose a protein, a healthy fat, and then a superfood with antioxidants or a specific health benefit. Three is a good number!
An example of a good combo would be hemp seeds for the protein and omega-3s, maybe some acai powder, and some nuts for healthy fats and some additional protein.
Or you could do maca for energy, a protein powder, and then some avocado or seeds for healthy fats.
