What can I add to my Blasts to replace the banana in the recipe?

Bananas contain vitamin B6 and vit C and are a good source of potassium and fiber.
Cooked sweet potato and sunflower seeds also offer up some of the same nutrients.
Some great alternatives could also be pear, mango, chia seeds, papaya, nut butters, fresh dates, avocado (good potassium and lends a thick consistency like banana), and then maybe toss in some mango to give it a touch of sweetness, and unsweetened applesauce.
