If I freeze kale, will it still have the vitamin C content?

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that break down or diminish over time, and with light and heat exposures. If you freeze vegetables, you generally lock in the nutrients until you use it. What's great about freezing your vegetables is the life extension you give it and it also makes your smoothie colder without adding ice.
