Is there a smoothie that fills me up and digests slower to me going during Ramadhan?

I am due to fast for ramadhan so what would be a healthy slow releasing smoothie to make that will also fill me up

Your best ingredients to focus on for all your smoothies would include fiber from vegetables and fruit, protein and fats from nuts and seeds and to avoid simple sugars that digests really quickly like fruits without their peels or added sugars. Fiber will help fill you up and the protein and the fats will keep you satisfied and satiated throughout the day.
