What is your recommendation for when I should add Fat Burning boost?

When it is better to drink the fat burning boost in the morning or night? Is there a difference?

Fat Burning boost has shown to increase your metabolic rate therefore we recommend it consuming it in the morning and early afternoon but not during late afternoon to bed time. We would not want to increase your metabolism so much that it could disturb your sleep.
