This is my first time, how often should I juice?

For beginners, we suggest staring with one Blast a day at a time that works best for you. Most people find it easiest to drink a NutriBlast for breakfast, but it's totally up to you.
You can make one as a meal replacement by adding in some healthy fats and protein (hemp seeds, chia, nuts, seeds, protein powder, etc.) or you can make a small cup as a snack.
