Should I be using whey protein powder?
I use about a 1/4 of a scoop of the whey protein powder instead of the full scoop daily, along with spinach, kale, swiss chard, pineapple, peaches and strawberries. Water for liquid. This was suggested by my doctor for overall health and replacing a daily vitamin. I also decided that I would like to lose 10 pounds. I am a "newbie" and trying to figure this all out. Thank you
