Is it okay to always put honey in my mix?

I prefer it sweet. If yes, how much tablespoon is safe?

While honey is a good choice to use as a natural sweetener, I'd also suggest trying other ways to sweeten your Blast so that over time you won't need to include sugar. When using honey, I'd also suggest cutting down to 1 teaspoon...A tablespoon of honey has 17g of sugar which is 64 calories from pure sugar with little nutritional value. Try sweetening with half a ripe banana, some cinnamon, coconut water, or maybe an apple or mango.
