Why would the online health assessment result in a recommendation for me not to eat blue foods?

I completed the NutriLiving online health assessment which resulted in a recommendation that I eat other colour foods but not blue foods. Just wondering why. Thanks.

The health assessment aims to target foods that you don't eat as often. So while the recommendations does not suggest blue foods, it can be of two reasons: 1) you currently have a lot more than other colored foods, 2) you are having less of the other colored foods. In both reasons, it is best to balance our what you are consuming. The recommendations do not ask you to cut out any types of Blue foods, instead, it makes other suggestions to help balance out your intake.
