What are somethings I can eat or include in my diet to lower my triglycerides?

Triglycerides are fats in your blood that is often caused by foods with high saturated fat content or diets that are high in carbohydrates. While fruits and vegetables are a type of carbohydrates, this recommendation does not mean to exclude them. Rather it is having a balance of fruits and vegetables along with your protein and health fats such as fish, avocados, and nuts.
