What can I take as a filler food in addition to fruits and vegetables and excluding meats?
I've thought about taking Whey but I don't want to gain weight plus it's hard to get past the taste. I've found that smoothies and bread achieves this but nuts don't unless eaten with lean meats. A meal like from McDonald's will hold me for hours but it puts weight on me like pork, beef, and chicken. I don't care for seafood taste and smell of it. When I eat something deemed more nutritional I'm hungry all the time.
