Here are some foods that are important for wound healing, you can make a Blast with them!

Zinc - helps increase wound healing. Use foods like cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, sesame seeds, pecans, rolled oats.
Vitamin C - need this to make collagen in the body, which makes up your skin. Use foods like oranges, kiwis, strawberries, red bell peppers, brussels sprouts, lemons and limes
Collagen - can be found in legumes.
Silicon - hemp, radish, alfalfa, oats, bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers
Nutrient dense foods like kale and dark red and blue berries.
Also drink lots of water and when you are able to eat solid foods include some high protein foods like fish, eggs, chicken, lean turkey... those will help speed recovery as well.
