I am trying to concentrate on veggie carbs. Naturally! It's not a NO carb diet; just a low carb. Induction is 2 wks on 22.6 carbs PER DAY. One can stay in induction for as long as they want. I just wondered if there was more info & Blast recipes that don't contain a lot of fruit carbs. I guess berries are going to the standard answer for fruit w/o too much sugar. Thanks the reply.
